Caring Local Advisors

Do not spend hours calling assisted living facilities explaining your situation to every marketing person hoping to find a place that matches your price, location, availability and level of care needed.

We do not give out your personal info – saving you from being bombarded by dozens of phone calls and emails from all the communities.

Our local Advisors will consult with you via phone or e-mail to assess your loved ones needs to correctly match them with the best senior living options. After picking the properties you’re interested in seeing. We can schedule the tours for you, making most of your time (best part of our service).

We provide you with a level of service that we expect for our own families.

There are many senior living options available. If you are unsure which is best for your family member we will consult with you and locate those that are the most beneficial to your situation.

If you have someone who finds it difficult to cope with everyday tasks on their own, a good solution would be one of the many senior living options in D/FW. In any of these facilities, they can get the necessary love, attention and support that will see them through each day.

In Home Care

Home health and home care offer a wide range of care that can be provided in your home. Depending on the number of hours needed, these services can be less expensive, more convenient, and effective care.  Home Care offers more general assistance; cooking, cleaning, errands etc. The goal of home health is to treat an illness or injury for a limited time. Home health helps you get better and become self-sufficient if possible.

Independent LIVING

Independent living is usually an apartment styled community restricted by age. Rent may include services such as social & recreational programs, transportation services, and meals served in a communal dining room. These are aimed for those who do not need assistance with activities of daily living. Most independent living facilities do not offer medical care or nursing staff. You could however hire in-home help and care separately as needed.

Assisted Living Communities

In assisted living communities, your loved one will be in an environment where they will have help with activities of daily living (ADL’s), medication management, meals, getting around physically, transfer assistance, toileting, bathing, personal care, and dressing. They also provide three meals per day, recreational activities, housekeeping, laundry service, and transportation

Residential Care Homes

Residential care homes are also called group homes, personal care homes or board and care homes. Just like an assisted living community, but in a residential home setting within a neighborhood. Since these homes are small they have a lower caregiver to resident ratio. This allows them to offer personalized care in a traditional home environment.

Many of the senior living options will also provide for a memory care program and amenities for those seniors who suffer from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Some facilities might offer limited help while others could give comprehensive medical care and supervision for which they are professionally trained.

Nursing Homes

A nursing home is a facility that provides nursing care to people who are not sick enough to need hospital care, but who are not able to remain at home or at any of the senior living options. Skilled care is provided 24 hours a day and the services are provided by trained medical professionals, such as nurses.

Alzheimer’s and Memory Care

Many of the senior living options will also provide for a memory care program and amenities for those seniors who suffer from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Some facilities might offer limited help while others could give comprehensive medical care and supervision for which they are professionally trained.

And in this context, we’d like to mention a very special provider, Care Mountain, a 24 / 7 in-home care provider that has been awarded 6 times the Outstanding Caregiver of the Year Award by the Alzheimer’s Association Dallas Northeast Texas Chapter for exceptional in home care for Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia
